Most mediation requires both parties to be respected. In traditional mediation, a single provider moves between the parties, assisting them in reaching compromises. This can be a lengthy and costly approach. Our team will work with both represented and self-represented litigants. While you may choose to consult counsel, no attorneys are required.
We provide a collaborative form of mediation where a mediator (who is an experienced family law attorney) and a communication coach (who is a trained therapist) facilitate the discussion with the goal of coming to court orders that both parties feel best serve the family in the short and long term. A communication coach as part of the process, helps parties communicate clearly without getting stuck in the same old patterns.
Most agreements are reach in one day at the ranch. No offices. No court room. No endless forms.
Half Day: $5,000
Whole Day: $8,000
2 Hours: $2,000
Fees can be split between parties

Family Ranch Days Available!
While family law lawyers are not the most popular breed, horses might seem like a stretch for mediation.
Horses are effective facilitators because their mirror neurons reflect a client’s inner world back to them accurately providing real time, actionable feedback. Our programs avoid pitfalls of traditional litigation for represented and self represented litigants seeking family law mediation.
